We want you to love your print. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@saltskyart.com. Please include your order number and full name.
Eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Items that arrive damaged or with a print defect - please send a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
Not eligible for return:
- Change of mind (as prints are made to order)
- Incorrect size ordered - please check dimensions carefully before purchasing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
