Order Processing & Production Times

All orders are fulfilled through our print‑on‑demand (POD) partner, Artelo.

• Production time is 1–3 business days.

• Your item is printed, framed (if applicable), carefully packaged and shipped at the end of the final production day.

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimates below refer to shipping time only and do not include the 1–3 day production period.

North America

• United States: 2–3 days

• Canada: 3–5 days

• Other North American destinations: 5–8 days

Europe

• United Kingdom & all major European countries: 5–8 days

Australia & New Zealand

• 5–8 days

Asia, South America, Africa & Rest of World

• Most destinations: 5–8 days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows provided by our POD service, Artelo. Actual delivery times may vary based on local postal services, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our POD service, Artelo, uses a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model for international orders. This means:

• Your order will not incur additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

• All applicable fees are included in the shipping rate.

For customers in the United States or Canada, any required sales tax is applied automatically at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the product type and destination. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

• We will work with our POD service, Artelo, to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
